EARN YOUR SEGMENT

THE CHALLENGE

The challenge is broken up into 12-monthly segments which motivate you to reach your 10K PER DAY step target (10,000 steps per day) and can be started at any time during the year.

You will receive one of our amazing medals for every month of your challenge, the grade of which will be based on your level of achievement.

 

BRONZE

Reach your 10K PER DAY target 4 to 12 days in a month and you will receive a brilliant BRONZE segment.

SILVER

Reach your 10K PER DAY target 13 to 20 days in a month and you will receive a stunning SILVER segment.

GOLD

Reach your 10K PER DAY target 21 to 25 days in a month and you will receive a glorious GOLD segment.

PLATINUM

Reach your 10K PER DAY target on 26 days or more in a month and you will receive a pristine PLATINUM segment.

COMPLETING YOUR CHALLENGE

At the end of the year you will have earned your unique 13th medal engraved with your name, the date of your challenge and the total number of steps that you have achieved. Our medal segments join together to create a stunning medal which represents your achievement.

Whatever your fitness goals, we encourage you to step up and take on our 10K PER DAY challenge.

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1. Sign Up

To enter our fantastic challenge, please click on the SIGN UP button above to sign up and create an account. When creating an account, you can choose whether you would like to join on an annual or monthly basis.

 

Step 2. Complete your 10,000 steps!

You can complete your steps any way you wish – outside, in the gym, walking loops of your bedroom! For an idea of what counts as a step and what you will need to do to complete your 10,000 steps per day target please see our handy guide

Step 3. Submit your step data

We will reach out to you towards the end of your challenge with details on how to upload your steps to your account.

Step 4. Receive your medal!

Medals are sent out in the first few days of the month so you won’t have long to wait to receive your medal in the post
